AKERA spans 123 acres of forest and countryside in the lush Catskill Mountains, 2 hours from New York City. The property includes hiking trails, a lake, diverse wildlife, and luscious nature for visitors to enjoy and relax in the gorgeous setting.

The property currently offers 4 residential buildings for a total of 9 bedrooms, 3 shared sleeping spaces, 2 bonus rooms for sleeping, multiple kitchens, separate event space buildings, cedar hot tub, panoramic sauna and can sleep up to around 50 people.
